Matthew 6:19-20

Treasures in Heaven
19"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.

....I say, as I roll up in my brand new Lexus! Just kidding I drive 12 year old Honda Civics (is the H-word allowed here?).

I'm sure that your Christmas was merry; even without the car, right? Besides, if you got that for Christmas, what would you have to look forward to for next year?

You didn't say what it was that you wanted for Christmas. :( I hope you had a blessed one. Blessings to you for the New Year.

Bug,
Merry Christmas, thou pooper of parties.

N.Z.C.,
Thanks for visiting. Merry Christmas.

Thad,
Not fair shooting my worldly desires thru the heart with scripture arrows.
What would I look forward to next year if I got that car this year? A gooder one.

The only thing I wanted for Christmas (besides peace on earth, goodwill toward men) was a Roomba...that ubiquitous robotic vacuum cleaner...but alas...

Happy New Year!
